Moonshadow Kitchen Joins Sweet Farm in Himrod
A popular vegan food truck, Moonshadow Kitchen, has found a new home in the heart of the Finger Lakes at Sweet Farm in Himrod.
Chef and owner Robert Auchman says the partnership made perfect sense.
“Anna and Nate from Sweet Farm reached out after they heard I was looking for a new space,” he said. “Since my menu aligns with their mission, it was a perfect match.”
By teaming up with Sweet Farm, Moonshadow Kitchen now has direct access to fresh, locally grown produce, resulting in a menu full of bold, seasonal flavors — all vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
